Treasure Hunts

Share a pony with another child and ride and walk through the forest following a trail of sweets. The trail loops round in a circle and back to the farm where we hunt for the treasure and learn how to unsaddle and brush the pony. Parents are encouraged to walk with their children as they ride. This activity runs every school holidays.

Birthday Parties

Form a birthday group for a trail ride through the forest or mounted games in the arena.

After the ride learn how to unsaddle, brush and feed your horse.

Bring a picnic to eat at the Riding School or we can recommend Lake Leschenaultia as a great spot to end your day.

Own Your Own Pony For A Morning

Spend a morning at Forge Farm get an idea of the responsibility involved in owning a pony of your own, as you are taught how to care for your equine friend.  Learn the safest way to groom, feed, lead, saddle, unsaddle your pony and muck out the yard.  As a reward for the hard work there is an hour long riding lesson included in this package.
